Quick TripNow does not own, lease, or operate vehicles, does not employ drivers as transport operators, and does not directly provide taxi or transportation services.
2. Booking Requests
When a user submits a booking request through WhatsApp or the website, Quick TripNow may share the request details with an available independent driver. A booking is confirmed only after the customer and the independent driver agree on availability, route, pricing, and any applicable charges.
3. Driver Responsibility
Drivers using Quick TripNow remain independently responsible for:
- vehicle permits, insurance, taxes, and fitness
- driving licence validity and legal eligibility to drive
- compliance with applicable transport, motor vehicle, and local laws
- vehicle condition, punctuality, and customer conduct during the trip
Quick TripNow may request supporting driver or vehicle documents before sharing trip leads and may suspend or remove drivers if documents appear invalid, incomplete, or outdated.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to provide accurate booking details, use the service for lawful personal travel, behave respectfully with drivers, and pay the agreed fare or charges directly as mutually decided with the driver unless stated otherwise.
5. Pricing and Payments
Quick TripNow may display or communicate estimated pricing, but final pricing, extra charges, waiting charges, tolls, parking, and route-specific costs may depend on the agreement between the customer and the independent driver.
6. Cancellations and Delays
Trip timing may be affected by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or driver availability. Customers and drivers should inform each other promptly in case of delay or cancellation. Cancellation charges, if any, should be clearly communicated before confirmation.
7. Platform Limits
Quick TripNow acts only as a communication and booking facilitator. Quick TripNow does not by this website claim any government approval, exemption, or waiver from licensing or legal requirements, and nothing on the website should be read as a substitute for compliance obligations that may apply under transport, motor vehicle, tax, consumer, privacy, or other applicable laws.
Quick TripNow is not responsible for acts, omissions, route disputes, traffic violations, accidents, vehicle defects, or losses caused by independent drivers or third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the website or booking channel for unlawful transport activity, false bookings, spam, harassment, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
